What You Can Expect

  • Response Time: We aspire to respond to all Insight messages, emails* and voicemails within one business day.
  • Insight First: To ensure nothing gets lost, please use Insight to communicate with us whenever possible. Direct emails to individual team members may not always receive the same turnaround time, as we cannot track and manage them as effectively.
  • Billing Questions – at times take longer due to analysis that has to occur but we strive again for one business day turnaround.
🧠 Flexibility

Flexibility for Complex Questions

Most questions can be answered quickly. However, occasionally, more detailed or technical questions require the input of your Senior Accountant who is deeply familiar with your books. In those cases, we may need to balance between providing a quick acknowledgment and taking the extra time to thoroughly research and deliver the best possible answer. This sometimes means a reply could take longer than one business day.
