Updating Your Billing Account Information
How to change the bank account or card used for your automated monthly billing.
Overview
BKE processes billing on the 1st of each month. We securely collect your ACH or credit card details for recurring billing. If you need to update the account, follow the steps below.
Prerequisites
- Access to BKE Insight.
- Your new bank (ACH) or card details.
- Authorized signer to complete the form.
Steps to Update Your Billing Account
- Send a message in Insight. Log into Insight and message your Senior Accountant that you’d like to update your billing account.
- Watch for the Billing Authorization form. Your Senior Accountant notifies our Billing Department. You will then receive a new billing authorization form (similar to the one you filled out during onboarding) via PandaDoc…or is that done directly through BKE Insight?

Complete and Return the Form.
Fill out the form with your updated ACH or credit card information. Send the completed form back to billing@bke.email.

💡 Tip: Completing the form within 3 business days of your request helps ensure it’s applied before the next billing cycle.

Didn’t receive the form?
- Check spam/junk for messages from BKE or PandaDoc.
- Verify your email on file with your Senior Accountant.
