From time to time, you may notice something that doesn’t look quite right with your reports. Transactions can occasionally get categorized differently than you’d prefer, negative balances are showing where they shouldn’t, or revenue records may not align perfectly with deposits.

- In Insight, send us a quick note describing what seems off or needs review.
- Be as specific as you can — for example, mention the transaction, date, or account in question.
- Set Up a Call
- If you’d prefer a conversation, after sending the details thru Insight, please use our Your Team button in Insight to schedule an appointment with your Senior Accountant.
- We’ll review the issue together and make adjustments where needed.
- Escalation
- If the matter needs additional review or even technical support, we can escalate to our management team to pull in the right people to help.
- Sometimes solving a problem takes more than one person. If needed, we’ll pull in management or other specialists so the right people are involved quickly. This ensures your issue is resolved efficiently and with the full support of our team.

- Accuracy depends on information. To keep your books accurate, we need the data. If new accounts are opened without notifying us, if information hasn’t been provided, or Ask clients have not been answered, your books may not reflect the full picture. BKE works with you to gain access or collect this data; it's a team effort!
- We don’t walk away from problems — we resolve them. Even if it feels like “everything is wrong,” we’ll work with you to identify specifics and make corrections.
