At BKE, communication is just as important as accurate bookkeeping. To make sure nothing is missed and every detail is tracked, we use Insight, our proprietary communication system. Insight is designed specifically for bookkeeping, giving you and your BKE team a better, more reliable way to manage financial conversations.

How Insight Works

  • One Email, Multiple Threads: When we have bookkeeping questions, you’ll usually receive one notification email from us. Each question in that email becomes its own separate thread (ticket) which needs to be addressed individually inside Insight. This prevents confusion and ensures every topic is tracked until resolved.
  • Easy Email Replies (If You Want): If it’s more convenient, you can simply reply to our emails directly and your responses will be captured inside Insight. You can also start a new communication by emailing system@bke.email (or service@bke.email), and it will be routed into the system.

    That said, not every ticket generates an email. For example:

    • Certain items, like “Ask Client” tickets, may only appear inside Insight.
    • If we have a large set of questions, you may get one email notification pointing you to Insight, where you can view and respond to each question individually.
  • All Client Communication in One Place: Whether you reply by email or directly inside Insight, everything stays connected to your account. All questions, answers, and history are visible to your BKE team and management.
